We would like to apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused you. The shipping charges are all the same for any county, city or state in the U.S. They do not change according to how close or how far your location is. If a customer receives an item not as described or is not satisfied with it, the customer has 15 days from the delivery date to return the item for a Refund. Unfortunately, we do not exchange items. We are unable to accommodate such requests because we don't always carry more of the same item. Once the item is inspected we then determine the refund amount to be given. If you happen to see the same item again online, theres a chance that we might have more. But once the item is already in the system with an auction number, the item can no longer be given to a customer unless it is won in an auction. The reason as to why there is no exchange policy on the site is because there is no exchange policy only a returns policy. I would like to further assist you with this matter.
