Dear Mr. Eden, It is very unfortunate to see that you have not been satisfied with our services. We would like you to know that we do our best to offer the best in customer satisfaction. We would like to take the time and address your concerns about item descriptions. All of the items have full descriptions. These descriptions are not in fine print, they are part of the auction showcase. Yes, our images are magnified from 10-30 times the actual item size, which is done so that the customer can see as much detail of the item as possible. The fine print that is below the showcase, which is in gray, is the explanation for the magnification of the item and the compare price. Once again Mr. Eden, all our apologies. Thank you, Bidz.com
