First off, Bidz said I won a pair of sunglasses. I knew I bid on them the day before, but lost. So, when I went to pay for the necklace it said I had glasses too. However, they were won on Thanksgiving day at 1:30pm our time. I was not able to bid on them due to the fact I was at relatives w/ no computer. I also did not use any absent bidding. I questioned it w/ Bidz, but it became obvious I would be buying them.

When they came (both items, necklace ok) they were in a thin bubble wrap envelope and the glasses were in a soft case. The glasses were broke. I emailed x 2 et they were not responding, so I contacted Paypal to get the ball rolling to protect myself. Well, bidz put it into a claim and paypal found that They could not "side" w/ me.

I'm still not clear as to why, but by the time they would take my 15% restocking fee and I pay to sip them back, I would get 3-4.00 refund. Since they state there are no exchanges. Bidz has 'temporarily' suspended my acct. so I can't even ask them any more questions.

Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to take the time and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. If a customer receives a damaged item then the customer is not subject to a restocking because the item is not as described on the website. So a full refund would have been issued. The reason as to why the account is deactivated is because when a PayPal dispute is filed, which work just like a credit card chargeback, the account is automatically deactivated. Whenever a situation like this is encountered the customer must always do the process directly through Bidz.com so that it can prevent any future problems. If you would like to contact me directly for better assistance you can reach me at [email protected] or at 800.444.8124 ext. 418
