we have several items from bidz.com. some are okay, others are crap.

i spent about two hundred dollars on an emerald ring and the stones are falling out with very light use. we also had a missing item in our shipment which no one was willing to help us with.

when finally some response came it was in the form of a ridiculous 4 page letter basically blaming us for the problem and making it virtually impossible to get them to give us the ring we payed for.

we let it go because they made it clear it just wasn't worth it (luckily the ring was about 40$ ).
