Thank you for your inquiry. It is very unfortunate that you encountered a problem with the delivery of your item. All the tracking numbers are accurate, but there is always the possibility that whoever gave you the tracking number maybe missed one number, they are 14-17 digits long. If you never received the claim form that are emailed to the customers each time they dont receive their package, you should have contacted us sot that it could be emailed. We try assist our customers as much as possible. So when customers are not able to receive them via email we will fax them over so that they can receive them. If till you never received them you should have contacted us so that we can resend them or asked to speak to a supervisor.
