Bidz.com Company NEVER shipped item but claimed to . Gave bogus sgipping tracking number. Would not answere my emails or help me file a claim. Placed order with Bidz.com. After a month of not receiveing it I made ten attempts through customer service, None ever contacted me back. They gave me a fake tracking number which the usps even asked me if this was a bogus company. After finally speaking with an actual person, I was told i'd be given a "shipping investigation form" to fill and which I have yet to receive. After I have lost my ability now to return the item"should it ever arrive" because of the 30 day refund policy. If the item is returned to them it will cost a 15% restocking fee straight off my check card. So now a month later, no customer service, no package, they cant send another item like the one I ordered and refused to refund the money. All this legwork Ive been putting in to find my Mysterious package and Nothing!

Thank you for your inquiry. It is very unfortunate that you encountered a problem with the delivery of your item. All the tracking numbers are accurate, but there is always the possibility that whoever gave you the tracking number maybe missed one number, they are 14-17 digits long. If you never received the claim form that are emailed to the customers each time they dont receive their package, you should have contacted us sot that it could be emailed. We try assist our customers as much as possible. So when customers are not able to receive them via email we will fax them over so that they can receive them. If till you never received them you should have contacted us so that we can resend them or asked to speak to a supervisor.
