UPDATE: Even after all the statements made above about me being a liar and a thief and an intern who was "fired", Dalyboy has paid me what he owes me. Hmm... He's trying to make amends....so Thank you Daly for that.
I also know that others who have not filed ripoff reports have still not been compensated for their 12 days of production work. See this report for more information on what happened.
I'm happy to be putting this behind me and wish the same for others in the cast/crew.

Blaine dunkley stop making false accusations and stop acting like a child. You know exactly that's not how it happend. Dalyboy never had an agreement with you for you to hold his footage so you can get pay. You and Phil, Kile and Andres stole his footage of his movie. You had no right to do that. Stop blaming people for your mistakes. I was there when that happened, and I'm a witness. Everyone uses alias or nickname or a stage name in entertainment industry to protect their identity but you are a rookie in the games and you think that you know better than everyone. Blaine is from Montana and he's running away from law in Montana and other cities. People should never take you serious because you are a felon and a conman. you cant be trusted and you need to grow up and become a man.
look down below to see these 3 thieves identification so you can know their face and stop doing business with them in California or anywhere in the world

This is a smear by a desperate man who has lied himself into a hole. Even the all-caps, no-grammar contradictory statements will give you a hint. Nobody on the crew ever committed any wrong that they needed to apologize for. And we all had crew-deal agreements with Dalyboy that he has since disavowed (a 1st AC and operator on a RED Epic Feature film is not an "intern" type of position, sorry Danny).
Please refer to Danny Hyppolite's (AKA Dalyboy Belgason) other cases filed by multiple professionals in the Los Angeles area (and elsewhere) claiming his failure to pay for equipment rentals (or his use of bounced checks in multiple cases).
He has even stiffed Wooden Nickel, a very well known rental house in San Fernando Valley.
BOTTOM LINE: Do not work with this man.
I do not feel it is appropriate to attack him personally beyond what I have already irresponsibly posted on this complaint:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/danny-hyppolite/video-film-production/kennesaw-georgia-5148d.htm
But I must re-iterate that this man and his wife Rami Belfanm (the co-producer) are not to be trusted. I suppose its their word vs. ours at this point, but the accusations of theft and "CROOKEDNESS" by Danny (Dalyboy) and his wife are completely unsubstantiated and false. His crew includes many young working professionals with growing integrity in the industry...all of whom he has accused flagrantly of theft and attempted to debase our personal images.
Please note that no charges have been filed with the police on his behalf -because he would be arrested for false charges had he actually tried to file against us- and only on our behalf, against Dalyboy for the theft of a harddrive and SD cards belonging to his crew. None of us were fired from his production, in fact, we had to strike in order to get even a promise of being paid, only to be duped again and again by this man (still have not been paid and am pending lawsuits). I feel foolish for even stepping onto his set and have learned a valuable lesson moving forward. For all non-union film workers and equipment rental agencies: I urge you to not make the same mistake. Save your energy and follow your gut with this one. Stay away from Danny Hyppolite (AKA Dalyboy Belgason) and Rami Belfanm (AKA Rami Hyppolite), folks with one too many names to be trusted.
Thank you.

As D.P of the movie in question, and as a person who witnessed the events. Everything mentioned by the above poster in CAPS is false. Blaine Dunkley was my 2nd AC / Focus Puller, he was not fired from set, he worked upon a contract for the entirety of the project. These accusations of theft upon him are completely false and downright wrong since it is Danny Hippolite, a.k.a Daliboy Belgason who ripped us all off and has not paid a cent to any of us, just checks that bounce. Ask the rest of cast and crew.
