Received shoes as a gift through Bluefly that were the wrong size. Called Bluefly and its customer service rep agreed to exchange them and said that she would send instructions on how to print a return label. However she did not say that the label had to be printed within 30 days or else Bluefly would not accept the return. Tried to print the label more than 30 days later but the website would not allow it and when we called customer service about the problem they refused to allow the exchange. The rep was also dismissive and raised his voice.

Frankly it was the customer service rep's attitude that got to me -- you should never raise your voice to a customer, ever. But the return policy is arbitrarily short and a ripoff anyway

Their website says returns are allowed up to 21 days from receipt of item. You blew it...live with it.
