I thought I would never be one to get ripped off! I mean, after all, I'm always so careful about anything or purchasing anything online. However, this time oh well what can I say, this company promises to give you a sample for only $2. I was excited so I bought it. I called back after I thought about it. I've tried it and I didn't really see any change Nevertheless I just so happened to pull out my credit card and check my balance to find out that they charged me $ 89.97 for a very small bottle . When I called them, the first customer service representative acted as if she didn't hear me. I called back again, only to be told sorry it was after the trial. I said so you're telling me, it's almost $90 for this very small jar.? She says I'm sorry. I said, "let me speak to your manager." suddenly, I get 35% discount. I said what if I send it back. no need she said you should just enjoy the product. I said well, it doesn't work I don't want it I'm sending it back. She said, "we've already credited you for $31 and we sent you an email I have not received any emails! it is a scam it is a ripoff, it is ridiculous, and it is very sad! Be very careful not to ever ever use your credit cards for anything like this again. I'm very disappointed and for them to continue to do something like that is just beyond me!
