Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I contacted this company to find out about paying my dept. The person I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. When I told him I would not be able to pay this dept for about three weeks he started yelling at me telling me not to waist his time.

I asked to speek to the supervisor and he said there was no supervisor. He said he was going to pull my case and hung up on me. I do not belive I should of been treated this way due to my inablity to pay right away.

Thank You

If it is from 1998, it is beyond the statute of limitations and they cannot take any legal action or legally put anything on your credit. Boyajian is an offshoot of JBC, a collection agency who got into major trouble for illegal collection practices. Jack Hagop Boyajian is well known to the FTC and state authorities. I will be more than glad to help you with these cretins, but in the meantime, should they call you back, tell them that this alleged "debt" is beyond the statute of limitations and they should go screw themselves. Ed does have my okay to give you my email address and I will guide you through the process.

This dept was from 1998, and to tell you the truth I don't even remember recieving anything before about this dept. I really don't know what I want to do with this. I just don't want to have to worry about this later on when it's to late. I will take any help I can get. TY

HOW OLD IS THIS "DEBT"?

#4Consumer Suggestion

These people specialize in buying old charged-off debts that are way beyond the statute of limitations (four years in California)and then threats and intimidation in order to frighten people into paying. Paying these people will NOT remove any negative entries from your credit report..you would do much better to deal with the original creditor. Send these people a "cease and desist" letter, stating that you do not deal with collection agencies or "debt scavengers" and you will deal with the original creditor directly. Also state that they are not to call you at home or at your place of employment, they are not to contact you through third parties, and that you want WRITTEN validation of this "debt". Send this to them Certified Mail, return receipt requested. If you have a fax number available, fax it as well, keeping the fax confirmation as well. If you need some help with this, Ed has my okay to give you my direct email address. Paying these predators will cause you more problems, as you will become an easy mark. Like I've said before, you feed a stray cat, they keep coming back. Give in to a bottom feeder, they will keep coming back for more.
