wam is a secondary c/a handling accounts after nco has exhausted their collection efforts. as far as contact info for the original creditor, to be honest most of the time that information is not provided to the collectors, as the clients do not want to be called when theyre paying wam to collect their accounts, which is understandable. as far as validity of the debt and other information regarding it, simply send via certified mail a letter of dispute to their physical address, give a few days after its been signed for and call to verify theyve posted it to your account and that your request has been sent to the original creditor. theyll be required to send verification of the debt, and if its medical, most likely will be an itemized bill from services provided on the date of service, which may/may not have the original creditors contact information. also it wouldnt be a bad idea to send a c&d letter until proof of the debt is sent and you get it all cleared up on your end.

Shannon: Did a Google search. Found some info on the Robert Woods Johnson Hospital site: ===================================== Emergency Center Physicians Billing Patients who enter the hospital through the Emergency Center will also receive a separate bill for the physicians' services. Eastern Emergency Physicians, a group of physicians whose specialty is Emergency Medicine, provide these services. This bill will be separate from the hospital bill or your private doctor's bill. The billing office will automatically file claims for Medicare and private payers providing the patient gives the accurate information upon admission. Patients are responsible for the balance of an allowable charge not covered by an insurance carrier. Questions regarding the Eastern Emergency Physicians' bills should be referred to their office, 1-800-355-2470, Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4 p.m. ================================================ Full page link: http://www.rwjuhr.com/guide/pi_accounts.html There are a couple other matches, but don't seem to lead anywhere. If you do a search, put quotes around the terms, i.e. "Eastern Emergency Physicians" That will force it to look for the exact phrase and not anything that contains any of the words. Hope this helps.

he is not licensed to practice law in any state other than California. In fact, he was DENIED a law license in New Jersey, due to his legal troubles with his "other" entity, JBC Legal. Boyajian actually has a bad habit of creating fictious debts and trying to get people to pay these through scare tactics..like his imaginary Verizon bills from the 1990's (Verizon didn't exist until 2000), as well as the laughable "bill" that was sent to me from supposed medical services in 2002 from a doctor who retired in the mid-1980's and DIED in 1992. The moron I got on the phone told me, "Deceased or not, the doctor wants his money." Fire them off a "cease and desist" and demand validation. They'll leave you alone after that.
