He is NOT licensed or bonded anywhere to collect debts. The accounts he is collecting on appear to be ?TIME BARRED BY STATUTE' meaning they are beyond the limits allowed by law, to collect. ?Jack the Rat? has had problem in his past with the infamous JBC & Associates and JBC Legal Group. He employs criminals who are hell-bent on stealing as much money as possible from unsuspecting consumers. The good news is that ?Jack the Rat? is incapable of suing anyone. He is barely holding on to his CA law license, so feel free to file ethics complaints to the web address listed above. Do NOT fall for the lies and threats of his (drug-induced?) debt collectors, who are desperate to make a paycheck at your expense. There should be more than enough info here and at budhibbs.com on what a puke Boyajian is and how to deal with his illegal tactics. Boyajian may have a NJ address, but he's neither licensed to practice law nor collect debts in that state. AFAIK, he's only licensed in CA. And yes, his website is a farce, truly embarrassing for someone who's running a business and trying to attract clients and convince people to pay bogus/time-barred by statute debts. If I remember correctly, one of the testimonials is from "condominium general manager".....if that guy says Jackie's on the up and up, I'm sold!!! And don't forget the non-existent lawyers he claims work for him. After receiving one of his sham letters a year ago, I've called his office 3-4 times in an effort to speak to any one of them, and instead they always transfer me to someone who's obviously not an attorney. The guy's as legit as a four-dollar bill, and the more people that know it, the better. A Cease Communications letter sounds necessary to me, along with documented violations of the FDCPA sent to your state AG, the FTC and BBB.
