Boyajian Law Offices ripoff, dishonest bill collections, extremely rude Rutherford New Jersey
I have been receiving mulitple calls from this company, as many as 4 times a day for the last 3 months regarding a hospital bill that is supposedly past due from 8/21/2002. My insurance paid this bill (I have documentation proving that it was paid), and I have moved from the state that this occured in.
I had seen here before that this is a scam company, but this is getting ridiculous. Today, they called asking me to call the number, and I did, with the full intention of reminding them that yesterday, the day before, the day before that, heck at least 15 times to stop calling.
I have logs of every time they have called, including the fact that they have called multiple times in a single day, and before 7am. I have sent a cease and desist letter to them, told them to stop calling, have NEVER received anything written from them.
Well today when I called and said to stop calling they called me an a**hole, hung up on me, and then called 3 times within 3 minutes. Thats it, the gloves are off now. I have an attorney, and I have contacted the State Attorneys here in Florida, Georgia (where the hospital is) and New Jersey.
They have gone beyond harrassing to insulting, and I am fighting mad now.

Dear Kathleen Do not waste you time, calling those rats. I had the same experience as yours Just go to this web site BUD HIBBS budhibbs.com/cease_comm.htm and follow the instructions to send the cease communication letter, if they do not receive it by regular mail , send it by FEDEX. I am sure it works. After go to www.ftc.gov and file a complaint, this is the only way to stop them. Do not answer the phone, get a caller ID and when you see their number do not answer the phone.
