Boyajian Law Offices ripoff This Company is wanting money from me without sending me any notice They keep calling sometimes 2-3 times a day Rutherford New Jersey
I started receiving calls from this company months ago. They are relentless. They keep calling with the same message I have read from others, but also listing a number to call. I eventually called them back, only to be told that I owed a debt on my daughters hospital bill, from a long time ago.
At one point I did owe this bill but disputed it, through the credit bureaus and it was removed from my credit report because it was the fault of the hospitals billing errors. Now I am getting calls from Boyajian Law Offices to collect on this money. I told them I did not owe it, and to stop calling me. Then the following week they called back again, wanting to collect on a hospital debt they said was in my name. I told them that they needed to stop calling me once again, because they do not have the right to harrass me and that this was fixin to fall off my credit report in a month or so. So today they called me again. I did not let the woman try to talk me into anything because all I said I wanted was an address to write them a letter demanding them to stop calling me. As soon as she gave me the address, I hung up on her.
I am getting ready to get an attorney to make them stop because they are really a ruthless company who refuses to stop harrassing me.

So the hospital billed you in error, and then when you complained, sold the debt to Boyajian before they corrected their own mistake? At least it relieves you of liability. Don't depend on either of them to straighten this out. If you have anything in writing from the hospital saying this was a billing error, make copies and send them to all involved. Also send Boyajian a copy as well as a debt validation letter (return receipt requested). Keep in mind that Boyajian and his minions are dishonest, incompetent and probably under the influence of substances stronger than coffee, so don't expect them just to drop it. Stick to your guns, since you have the facts on your side.
