I am not calling you a liar, but you did not walk or lay around with only 1 liter of blood in your body. Maybe the DC should have taken your blood pressure and he should have sent you off somewhere sooner since you weren't gettting better, but if you really want a malpractice attorney and if this is a legal case you should NOT be bitching about it on this website, but look in the yellow pages, under the letterhead "Attorney". Also, a Chiropractor is a Dr....DC stands for "Doctor of Chiropractic".

Jason, Fishy huh? This is your opinion which you are intitled to. I know how I felt, my body >was> shuting down and What the DR's told me at the emergency room when I was getting my blood transfusion. The fact is if the Chiropractor had taken my blood presure we would have known something else was wrong.I could have gone to a regular Dr & not given him all that extra money and not been in pain all that time.(He was reported.)& all I ask was for the my money back. Teri, This was not a DR he is a Chiropractor. I guess I didn't make myself to clear from the response of your letter. Dr's told me this when I got my blood transfusion's in the emergency room.Who are you to judge me. This is not a fake report it did happen to me and I do thank God every day for his healing.Point being if the Chiropractor had taken my blood presure this would have not happen to me.All I said is my opinion is he is incompetent.

Because given the serious damage this doctor supposedly did to you, there are about a zillion personal injury attorneys that would take your case for free, and you don't want to do that? Hmm. And as far as the blood thing, most people have about 5 liters of blood in their body, not 10-14. People have 10-12 PINTS of blood, a pint being slightly less than half a liter. And losing even 25% of your blood volume, let alone the 80% you claimed, can be fatal. So, rather than post what looks to be a fake rip off report, you should be out celebrating your miraculous recovery!

If you really did have all these things happen to you and were screwed by this Chiropractor, then I feel for you....but here is why I do not believe in your story. It is the blood. Sorry, but the body cannot function on 1 liter....it cannot function on 2...nor 3...nor 4 etc....You need 5 or the body shuts down. You would have been dead long before you made it to the emergency room, and probably the chiropractor in the first place. Do a little research in human physiology and you'll find out. Now, because you made a bogus blood claim I would have to say that this entire claim is a little suspect. If you had a true problem with this Chiropractor, why didn;t you report him to the Chiropractic Board? You do not even need an attorney.
