Budget Care Auto Inc.Enterprises Care Auto Enterprise Inc. Borrows your deposit for a car; no car for 3-4 months then refunds Hallandale Beach Florida
Abe is an absolute crook and this business is definitely a scam. I was told in early February 2018 that my car would take 3 weeks to come in. At the end of March I started calling because I heard nothing...here came the excuses 1) the brakes 2) the a/c wasn't working properly, it's still at mechanic and lastly 3) something is wrong with the computer system in the car. This went on for 2 months! Every week it was a different excuse. For the last 3 weeks I called everyday and even popped up at the office a few times. Abe would "break the ice" by telling a joke and then say the same and/or different excuse as to why my car still isn't there. It should NEVER take 3-4 months for a rebuilt title car, EVER. I called today to get an update because I hadn't heard from him in days! Of course, he tells me the car has too many problems and he's going to get another one from a local auction. I told him I no longer want to wait for this car - it's ridiculous and stated I would just like to get a full refund. He tells me I can't get the refund until Tuesday (today is Wednesday) because he wants to try to get this other car from the auction. He has more stories than my 10 year old daughter! He's a very deceiving, crooked guy. It appears he just gets money from new clients as way of "deposits" on a potential car that is being delivered in 3 weeks and then plays with your money for however long and then refunds the money back to the old clients with money from the new victims. IT'S A COMPLETE SHAME THAT HE PLAYS WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT, ESPECIALLY SINGLE MOMS AND/OR THE LESS FORTUNATE. I waited and waited because I liked the fact that he doesn't do credit checks and I really want to buy a house early next year but I will be going to Toyota this weekend to purchase a car. I WOULDN'T WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY.
