Cascade Spine & Injury Center, Llc Cascade Spine & Injury Center, Llc Dr. McClaren Caused financial harm and physical harm Portland Oregon
I had an injury in April of 2014 which was a aggravation to an insisting back injury, disc herniation and lumbar spine herniation. I went to Cascade Spine and they agreed to bill the obligated parties Lexington Insurance (William Brewer) and my Primary insurance Family care Oregon. After going a few times I was getting worse and after some severe bruising to my disc herniation area I decided that this Dr McClaren was only making matters worse and making it difficult for me to walk. He argued with me and said it just takes time. They had supposedly already been billing my insurance companies involved. I went a few more times and after a adjustment from McClaren I was in agony . I cancelled ALL of my further appointments I told them I was going to sue for malpractice , at the time of my last appointment (and I have a credible witness) the receptionist said I was all clear and had a 0 balance. 3 years go by and never did I ever receive any bills from Dr. McClaren, HOWEVER, I recieved a letter from Beaverton Justice Court that was forwarded to my P.O.Box in March saying I was sued by Cascade Spine and some company named LRM I could not believe it. So now I have a bill for, get this, $ 9,800.00 from LRM and Cascade Spine. I think moving forward I will now sue Cascade for Malpractice and illegal billing practices.
