Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I did this on here yesterday, but it did not save.

Made the biggest mistake of my life financing through this mafia want to be company. Since last saturday, I have been trying to deal with them hacking into my bank account, causing an overdraft on my end. After several hundred phone calls, being called a liar, hung up on, laughed at...etc, I finally spoke to a manager today that actully answered the phone.

2 special people that requires "notoriety" are Mrs. Banks and Chris Rodriguez. I was assured by Carrie last saturday that I was third to be called back by Mrs. Banks and would hear from her on that day. My best advise is if she does not want to deal with angry customers then start scrubbing toilets or become a parking lot attendant. My best guess, she gets paid too much to hang out and hide from customer confrontations. When I called back, I was transferred to Chris. He stated he can take money out of my account any time he wants and there was nothing I could do about it. I then stated that I needed the money put in my account immediately because I was packing my husband up for a business trip. He then asked me a question I could not answer so I yelled for my husband to come up.... good ole Chris when I got back on the phone he said "Man, what are you trying to pull? You said he was gone on a business trip and laughing hysterically and advised me that he WILL take another payment on 9/19, September is not even due yet. Good choices for professional management.

I ended up sending my husband to Delaware with $60 in his pocket. Ended up with a $64 over draft fee, on an UNAUTHORIZED transaction.

Through their "professionalism" I have spoke to atleast 150 people, I have been hung up on, no replies from messages I left about them hacking into my bank account and stealing money, have been called a liar. Today supposedly this manager is going to assist me....after the week I have had with them I could only imagine the assistance will go to the trash can.

When I called yesterday, I put account information in the phone AGAIN, and the first thing the rep asked me was for the same stuff. I said why... I just entered it and I don't want to talk to you anyway, I need to speak to a manager. She kindly hung up on me.

I told them to keep the car payment but I wanted my $64 back in overdraft fees.

I do owe the money, but with all my bills they are running a month behind due to an illness on my part and an unexpected layoff at my husbands work. He is back to work and I am trying to recover from this illness.

The management there also has selective blindness. The CSR's see on their screens that this was an unauthorized withdrawl, but not one member of management can see it.

I think they need to add a FREE therapist to each loan that can help with anger management and temper control. Or restaff the whole place.

I think I hurt myself jumping to the conclusion that they would really reimburse my $64. I must have been in fantasy land that day.... I was told by Paula it "should" be processed the next day, they need to define the next day in our terminology not theirs so we don't waiting forever....SURPRISE!!! I am still waiting..... maybe one day in the next life they will finally get it back .....I am truely believing NOT. I really hope the jerk that stole it had a nice meal on me.

I finally got a call

I just received a call back from Paula at Citi Financial Auto. Finally they are processing the $64 in over draft fees they caused by taking the unauthorized payment.

So I am guessing I lied, they have two nice people there that do their jobs not just one.

The manager I spoke with yesterday stated she would be taking care of "looking into the refund" on the overdrafts they caused in my account.

I faxed them the overdraft paper from the bank at 8:50am. Now it is 3:00 eastern time, per their corrupt "business" (I use the term lightly) practice I have not heard from anyone there, the money has not been placed back into my account. Now I can only watch my bank account and wonder if I will be hit with them taking out another car payment, in which Chris Rodriguez clearly stated and promised he would do as of last saturday after all the other demeaning things he said he added that he can go into my bank account and get a payment anytime he wants....call me crazy but isn't that theft?

Glad I do not expect very out of them due to their low ethical and moral skills, but since management can't figure out how to dial a phone and have been given the gift of selective reading abilites, it is understanding that their reps act the way they do.... I can assume that I will be dead before they do anything, then they will finally have their escape clause to fall back on.

ya live and ya learn, really wish I had the gift of foresight and not hindsight.
