I ordered a toilet seat from cloud soft seats over a year ago, two months i was emailed to pick a color, i did and was charged again. I have not recieved the seat & can not get a response from the company.

We had some miscommunication regarding your first order placed during our factory move in November. After numerous attempts at contacting the customer via phone and email, we finally got in touch recently. The missing Color selection for this order has been updated and the 2nd duplicate order was cancelled for full refund. We're glad we were able to get your order all squared away.
