May 21,2002- Called again for the results and I am now getting the run around. As of today I will be looking for alternative phone service.

May 17,2002-Called 1-800-936-5223, called to make sure that the service repair technician was scheduled to come check the phone lines. The phone rep said the work order was in but nobody had responded at the time of our call. Work order scheduled for 8am-12pm, technician showed up worked on the box outside of the apartment and within minutes I had a dial tone. Called customer service and I am now trying to get credit placed on my account for the 16 days I went without phone service. The rep told that the account has to go through a review board in which after review a decision will be made if I can get a credit or not. I know have to call back on Tuesday May 21,2002 to get the results.
