-Non accurate information that lead in lost money for customers



-Nobody knows the whole history. The customer service is a call center splited around the world, therefore representatives can not take action over the problems customers have. They neither knows a headquarter address for the company. They just can repeat the same once and once again, I'm so sorry for your inconvinience, the policy is...., they act like an answering machine.



-In the effort to offer cheaper service and cut costs, the company doesn't have a real structure to deal with customer problems, so the policy is customers pay for the error.



- Basic services are not included in all plans and they did not give you notice of that so then you realize you have to pay more if you want it.



- Some services are sold as unlimited then you have to pay aditional if you really want to get real satisfaction.



- They offer rebates but doesn't give clear instructions about how to claim for them, after 30 days you lose your opportunity to claim. A very easy way to make sales and get more money and nobody face the misinformation.



In my conclusion,  people needs to know that when they are making an agreement contract with Cricket, they are having business with a virtual company. Every departament works as an independing company, there is not connection between mycricket.com or a store, or the rebate departament, so at the time you are making a complain they are bouncing you from one to  other and nobody give you a response. The only answer is in your pocket that has less money.  you chose them to cut your budget and just get to be ripped.



As far as I know there are laws to enssure the acopliance of the good business practices. As I'm not the only one dissapointed with this company, I hope there will be somebody willing to put them on track. Customers have to be protected even more in this time of crisis and short budget.
