I had Cricket for less than two weeks last September, I returned the phone because the text messages were slow and I'm a big texter. So I returned the phone and got credited for that and swtiched to something else. I thought that was the end of that.

So two weeks ago they have taken out $56.07 out of my bank account. I don't know why, or how since they said they didn't have my account number on file, because I thought when I returned the phone that was it.

I went to the a retail store today, after going there two weeks before complaining about this and they said I would get my money back in about a week, it's been over two and I haven't seen anything. So when I went in there they basically didn't do anything and basically said that corporate wouldn't do anything because they don't really care.

I just want someone to do something because I don't want them to keep taking money out of my account and I'm not longer with them and haven't been since last September. I want someone to either explain the charge to me and give me my money back or give me my money back plain and simple.

I know that you're upset that Cricket has taken that money out of your bank account. However, if you gave Cricket your credit card number in order to have "automatic bill payment", you will need to contact your bank to dispute the charge. If your bank refers to you Cricket, then file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
