1. Go the the Better Business Bureau website and file a complaint. ***Make sure you either print out or cut and paste a copy of your complaint summary before you leave the Better Business Bureau's website. You will need this to send to Cricket's corporate office. 2. Contact Cricket's corporate office in writing. It can be via email or at their mailing address. I like email because it is quicker and usually generates a response immediately. You can usually find the contact information for Cricket via the Better Business Bureau's website or on their own website. Once you find out the contact information, send them a copy of the email information you posted here,As well as a copy of your complaint that you submitted about them to the Better Business Bureau and a resolution stating that you would like to have your money refunded. Let them know that if they don't you will file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office. 3. If you don't hear back from them with a satisfactory resolution file your complaint with the State Attorney General's. Include the email you posted here and keep records of dates and times that you communicated with the company and who you spoke with. Then take a copy of that complaint that you submitted to the State Attorney Genera's office and forward it to cricket. I know its seems time consuming but trust me it works everytime and chances are you won't even have to go beyond submitting the complaint to the Better Business Bureau and contacting the Companies Corporate office. Once they see that you are not going go away they start to take you serious. It has always worked for me with any company I have ever had a problem with.
