Custom Built Personal Training Largo Poor Service - Extremely Difficult to Cancel Contract Largo Florida
I signed up for session with CPT at the Largo You Fit location. After 24 hours I rethought the contract and requested a change. The change was made but rather then refund the initial money paid it was written in the contract that my last two months were paid. Three month before my contract ended I advised that I wanted to cancel my contract. I was informed that I was going to be charged because I did not provide 60 days notice. This information was based on what charges were made to my credit card. I contact the corporate billing office and was told that they would refund one month but not two because I still did not provide enough time. I made copies of my contract and emailed it to them several times. Each time I called I had to leave a message for "Miss Jones". Miss Jones did not exist but rather was a code word they used to alert that the call was about CPT billing. After many emails and multiple phones call they finally agreeded that I owed no money and refunded what they had wrongly charged me. Had I not been persistent I would not have received any refund. In addition the trainer I was assigned was less then qualified and sent text messages at least 4 or 5 times every session. I advise to stay away from this company. Interesting enough when I went to cancel my membership with You Fit I had no problem at all.
