after 9 months of dell not helping me i finally sent a report to the bad buisness bureau and with in 2 weeks of sending that report. they must have contacted dell dell was so nice to me and they sent me a brand new drive and no questions were asked. they were very professional about it.
so if you have a problem and dell wont help you just send a report to the bad buisness bureau witch can be found on the net and hopefully thay help you to!!!

also i forgot to add if you do get a dell computer and have to call for assistance try not to have any plans because i shortest time i spent on the phone on hole was 2 hours the rest of the call were more.
