Complaint Review: Design Trojans - Nationwide

There are many online companines sending text messages. What does it proof Mr. EDitor. We have a website for design services clients do purchase our services so how is that a robo call and how are we running away with card information. All clients making payments are accounted for charged to Stripe and PayPal system. What is exactly wrong with us providing design services. 

See we know this is Rip OFF's owner MR. Editor who likes to earn money being this low by blackmailing businesses. You have 1000s of complains registered against you own business. So before proving us wrong you should prove yourself righteous. We do not have 10000 complains registered against us but you sure do.

What exactly is a robot call that ask for card information. I am sure if you have reported this to AG their would be some kind of proof you would have sumitted of this whole process. There is still non to be found here. This is rip off report again posting this false information just to take our money. I have email from Mr. ED today again trying to disrespect our team. Why is there no name for the author on the post no entity. We have call recordings with Mr. Ed in which he is clearly trying to black mail us. I am going to post all this online. We have no names here from the author. If you are really telling the truth you should have come forward with your identity. 

 I was on the do not call list and was called by Design Trojans through a robo call trying to get credit card info. I have already contacted the Attorney Gerneral as well as the FCC.

The post filed against our business is completely false. We do not make any rebot calls and this is certainly not any kind of scam where we take card information to disappear. This is a complete false accusation and its harassment. We use to very reputable online payment service providers one of them is PayPal worlds most trusted online payment method and 2nd one we use is stripe.com which has over 9 billion dollors in transactions processed through their merchant for different business worldwide. Since you guys have registered this post and implying the false accusation the burden of proof is on you to provide complete details of accusations. We have a call recording on your contact number (602) 518-HELP the guy that we spoke to is rude and was harassing us. He was trying to sale pitch me into registering as a trusted source with your company which is blackmailing. We are going to purse this case legally and also post the call recording online assuring what big scam you are. We have emails from gmail account sent to us randomly after these complaints where posted to get our reports removed. We are going to post everything online. Their are 1000s of complaint against your scam business online so before you prove any other business wrong you need to provide your busines right.

Design Trojans is a reputable on Digital Agencies that is delivering Digital Services to its client in US and across globle. There is no complaint registered against our services anywhere online. This is a complete defemation filed against us. Still card information is a very big accusation against us. Who ever placed this complaint needs to turn in the proof and it this cannot be proven we need this complaint to be taken off immediately. I am a brand manager for Design Trojans. After this complaint was placed we received emails from a Gmail account asking us to get our rip off report removed  with this email content:

"We want to inform you that we found a Complaint about your company in the first pages of Google search results.  We monitor complaint sites and email our contact list when we see online complaints ranking high on Google.

Both these companies approached us to get these rip off reports remove and the email address used are not through official company account rather a gmail account. We are quite sure that this is a game played by these individuals. 

We will pursue this matter legally and We request rip off.com to remove this false accusation against our company immediately.
