dhgate fraud, scam, counterfit, ripoff Internet
DO NOT make a purchase on DHGATE!!! They are a total scam and their so called "Escrow" service is also a scam. I was sold counterfit items from a seller on DHGate who even had a 7 day return policy. When I received my items, they were fake and didnt even work. The seller refused to honor his own return policy. I contacted DHGate and filed a dispute. They are taking the sellers side and only offered a $80 refund on a $320 purchase. Even though dhgate says on their website they protect the buyer from fraud, they DONT!!!! They take the sellers side. They know their sellers are selling counterfeit items and they dont care! DO NOT buy anything on this website. You will lose your money!!!
