The website sounds as though they are responsible and responsive; they are NOT. They sent me a defective manicure set and will not respond to emails and multiple complaints. So I am out the charge to my credit card, though IF I wanted to be out the expense of sending it back to China, MAYBE they would respond and or give me a refund. So far their record is not good, so it would surely be good money after bad. Does anyone know how to get through to them?
