Pomona,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

They take great sounding things and twist and trap you with them. This guy talks about hard work as a way to success, entrepreneurism, working with a fortune 500 company (if he even knows what that means) and the benefits the business will do for his family. Someone sat down with him, got him to say what he wanted out of life and then showed how this business would be the answer to all his dreams. Reality, door to door sales, long hours where they keep the corp group of people together before and after work to keep them locked in and not thinking of anything but being successful in the business (at the expense of any other relationships the person has - especially a dissenter) no screening - so you could be professional but you could have an ax murderer beside you and never know it - which is why there is also alot of stealing and lying. You have to build a sales crew to get an office and when they are starting out you have to pay them out of your earnings. You have to pay for other peoples new people out of your earnings too. And people steal crews and your city. And if you are one of the minority that gets promoted - the only way to make any real money is to promote out offices. Which means you will lead many into financial ruin. You have to go through many job applicants for one owner. I've said it before I'll say it again - me after four years with this outfit = no crew, no home, $80 in my pocket, $16,000 in debt, regret for having gotten alot of people involved, sales experience. It's all about the carrot and the stick. You are considered a whimp if you don't go for that carrot.

This is in response to the report a former employee wrote about their experience with CYDCOR here in Denver, CO. I just wanted everyone who reads this that CYDCOR is a position not for everyone. It's a position which intales a hard work ethic, a positive attitude, sacrifice, and someone with long term goals for a career. It's unfortunate that individual was not able to become successful with the company. The reason being is that individual couldn't hack it. He or she has nobody else to blame accept themselves! 100% of our promotions are performance based. Yes you do work longer hours than a average employee, hear negatives, and being physically attracted to a co worker is going to happen. This is the most positive, outgoing, driven group of individuals I have ever worked with. I have been with the company for 7 months and have moved up to a position where CYDCOR will incorporate me and have me oversee a Fortune 500 Client. ' This came from hard work, discipline, a positive attitude ( NOT NEGATIVE!), willingness to learn and develop into a stronger individual personally and professionally. CYDCOR will change my life and my familys' future. I am so thankful for this opporunity!
