On 12/14/2015 I entered into an agreement to purchase approximately 15 residential solar leads/set appointments in the $150 each. For a total of $2,210.00. The company (Unitedsolarleads.com aka dynamic technologies inc.) was very helpful at first and seemed extremely professional. I explained that I work for and represent the largest Residential Solar company in the United States. (You can probably guess who I work for) and I was seeking their service to help with making our month goal. They informed me that as long as I had the money into them before 3pm meaning a check deposited into their CHASE Bank bank account that my timeline would be no problem to meet. Upon further research I realized that there are no chase banks in my location and how else could I get the funds to them in time? They instructed me on using a wire transfer. So I did so. Once it was set up I emailed them confirmation and they set me up with a company calendar through gmail to see and track when each appointment was being set up for me. That day I seen 1 prospect show up on calendar but the appointment had not been confirmed so details of the prospect had not been released yet to me. I then called Rick Cline the owner to ask if everything looked good and when I can expect the these leads to show up? He said, "you should see them later this evening as they become confirmed." 1. That evening I seen nothing 2. I called around 1pm the following day. No answer, called again 4 more times an 1 apart leaving messages and nothing back! The 3rd day I get an email from some guy named Hayward who says I'm sorry we had a system crash we will reach out to today. Nothing came of it not even a phone call. I contacted them through face book and no response! Then the 4th day Rick decided to email to ask how the leads were and if I like the leads they're providing me? I responded with what leads? And can you call me because at this point I'd really like a refund of my hard earned money. NO RESPONSE. This company steals from people and this may finally be the last time they steal anything. Proceedings through my massive company will be well underway very soon along with proceedings from Maryland authorities and Texas authorities.

I would like to give an update on the report against the company www.unitedsolarleads.com aka Dynamic Technologies. Since filing this report I have had numerous email conversations with the owner and due to a system failure mixed with the Holliday timid of things is what caused the issue of not receiving what I had paid for. I have been assured that I my contract will be fulfilled in a timely manner and if I could remove the original report I would do so. This company doesn't deserve any negative attention.
