We purchased, pre-paid via a credit card, a $349 vacation to include one 4 Day/3 Night Bahamas Cruise & Stay Vacation and one 4 Day/3 Night Orlando & 3 Day/2 Night Daytona or Cocoa Beach Vacation.
First, the website does not exist. It is www.dynastyint.com
There are SEVERAL contact numbers, which all lead to either a disconnect, a dead-end voice response system or a fast busy. The numbers we tried are as follows:
407-660-9330 in Maitland, Florida
703-730-6492 for Dynasty International Associates, Inc
800-815-5088 to register our vacation
800-430-8353 for customer service
954-525-3484 for the airport to hotel transport (Best Western)
703-878-9140 was supposedly a fax
Here's what you DO get. A lovely blue folder with a photo of an ocean front beach with palm trees, the words YOUR DREAM VACATION AWAITS! Presented by Dynasty International Associates, Inc. with an address on the back of 2700 Westhall Lane, Suite 110, Maitland, Florida 32751 and again, the non-existent web site URL.
Dynasty International aligns themselves with the Best Western Marina and the Yacht Harbor Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale and the Discovery Cruise line. They also enclose 2 $50 Instant Discount Airline Certificates with a reservation number of 1-800-653-9283, ext. 730 and a Florida Seller of Travel Registration number of #ST-25432.
Dynasty International proclaims a Satisfaction Guaranteed by stating that if it is not able to fulfill your vacation request you will receive a full refund of your purchase price even after the period has expired OR you may sell your vacation package by electing a Third Party Transfer Form.
The ONLY name anywhere in the material they ship is E. Burns, proclaimed to be the Director of Operations.
It's December 22nd, the year of the September 11th tragedy...
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to Dynasty International, I guess we won't get our wedding anniversary vacation but we do get a h*o h*o h*o.
