I WAS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A RENTAL AND 10 LATER I WAS DENIED ACCESS DURING A CRUCIAL TIME WITHOUT MY VEHICAL ..ANYWAY I WAS REFERED FROM MY LOCAL BRANCH ON HILLHURST,WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT A TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR A RESOLUTION, BEING CLASSIFIED AS "ADVERSE RISK" THROUGH DAMAGE CLAIM....I SAT LITERALLY ON THE PHONE ONEDAY ....19MINS @ 830 AM PST....NO WAY THEY ARE THAT BUSY .....SO ONCE THE OPERATOR ANSWER OH COURSE SHE IS UNABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION....Carmine was her name she placed me on hold and hung up.....

So i called the number back wait 15 mins for a answer then Sherry answered the phone said no one in the office could resolve my question so she gave me a 8185587336 number to call   after 15 more min for that call is disconnected and i call the number which she gave me and i end up waiting 10 more min and the call was returned to the MISS DELADADE ???? WHO TRANSFER ME BACK TO MISS SHERRY WHO IS VERY RUDE ,AND HAD A BAD ATTITUDE..  I CALLED HER BACK BUT, MIND YOU I CALLED A TOTALLY DIFFERENT NUMBER AND WAS RESUBMITTED BACK TO THE SAME  PERSON WHO WHO REFERRED ME TO THE TOLL FREE WITH NO ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION AND A ATTITUDE THAT I HUNG UP THE PHONE 

I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION TO ME BEING CLASSIFIED AS A ADVERSE RISK " WHEN I RENT A CAR I HAVE MY OWN AAA INSURANCE THAT IVE HAD FOR 20 YRS SO IM CONFUSED AND THE ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES DIDNT HAVE ANY ANSWER

ITS SEEM LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST WITH PRIVATE OWN BUZINESS OR THESE CORP COMPANY THAT ONLY FOCUS ON PROFIT,,,,,ENTRISE SLOAN SAID, " THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR CUSTOMERS" ALL IVE EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO EFFORT ON ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR OF BURBANK TRYING TO DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND THE EMPLOYEES ARENT TRAINED PROPERLY FOR QUESTIONS OUT OF THE NORM....10 YR PROBLEM THAT IM TRYING TO RESOLVE WITH NO EFFORT ON THE COMPANY SIDE

 

NOW CORP...SAID IT WAS THE BURBANK LOCATION THAT CLASSIFIED ME AS ADVERSE RISK...BUT WERENT AVAIL

I HAD TO CALL 3X JUST TO SPEAK TO A VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON @ 830 IN THE MORNING AND 

HAVING CUSTOMERS WAIT ON A AVG 15 MIN TO SPEAK ONCE U ARE CONNECTED ....TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE AND DEFINITELY NOT FROM THIS LOCATION AT THE FAMOUS BOB HOPE BURBANK AIRPORT
