I HAVE PAID UP FRONT 12 MONTHS RENT&DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF 11,050.00 TWO MONTHS AFTER WE MOVE IN THE HOUSE HAD A FIRE NOT FROM US,THEY SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE OUR MONEY, WE HAVE TO GET IT FROM THE ONERS!!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK???? ALREADY HAVE LAWER, GOING TO COST ME MORE FOR THE LAWYER THAN WHAT I WILL BE GETTING BACK.... I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONSET PEOPLE....

I am Elizabeth ,I posted the entry of May 23, 2001,regarding ERA Jack Hughes Realty.I made the entry of May 23,2001,in anger and haste.After engaging an attorney,and through litigation,I have learned that my entry of May 23,2001,was misdirected and unwarranted.I have attempted to remove the posting of May 23,2001,from the Rip Off Report web site,but have been advised that postings on the Rip Off Report are NEVER allowed to be removed.As such,I am updating my posting of May 23,2001, to correct the misdirected and unwarranted information.I hope this posting will prevent any confusion,and clear up the misdirected information.
