I ordered a Gordita Table and Chairs 3 months ago. I have tried to be patient and spent several hours a day trying to contact email personnel. At first they would answer and tell me my order was on its way, but as of yet, It hasn't arrived. They gave me four different id numbers.

I started calling the number they have on their website. I called several times and finally after many threats I got an answer. Some guy named Johan. Said his boss would call me back that day. 3 days later and 12 calls more got me nothing but a machine.

Today I found this RipOff Report.com. I am now using it to vent. If anyone is out there that knows of this company or any information that may help me. Please contact me.

DON'T BE FOOLED. SOMEONE TURN, ANYONE, TURN THEM IN.....

I purchased a custom table and 10 chairs in October 2005, it is Feb of 2006 and no table. Just like all of you I get the "in the process of shipping" statement, run around, etc. I did some research online and found uship.com. What they seem to be doing is trying to find cheap, private shippers for their items and pocketing the extra money saved. My table was supposed to be shipped by TSI( picked up in Georgia) but I found out that it is still in El Paso with a urgent request for private shipping. I called them and told them i had proof of the lie and would be contacting my State att general and the FBI internet fraud dept. I will update you all if this has worked , but i wanted you to look for yourself and see if these are your items for shipment. You could even bid to pick them up and get paid to do it. It is worth a try.

I read your report and I am having a similar problem. I have received 1 piece of an order that was placed in August. I am still waiting for the Gordita table, 8 chairs and 2 bookcases. I have been told many reasons for the delay and now have not been able to get any response from anyone since October 31st. I have tried numerous times on the chat line and have sent several e-mails to get help/information. This company has said that it is now providing better customer service, faster shipping, more instock items, etc. Have you had any luck with your furniture order or getting information from them? I don't know if there are others out there with the same problem. This company supposedly took over from a former company and said they would honor all existing orders that had been unfulfilled. It has taken hours and hours and countless time on line to get any little piece of information to get my order. With the exception of getting the armoire, it's been a nightmare full of lies and stalling, false promises. Are there others out there? This company is no different than its predecessor which was a sham corporation. It purports an elaborate website with pictures and promises but fails to deliver. Anyone who is having problems, please file a report and band together to report this company to your own Attorney General, BBB in Florida, Internet Fraud Division of the FBI.
