I am called Thompson Ashu, on one day when i arrived home(my previous resident: 8001 Flower Ave,Apt, 2a, Takoma Park, MD 20912) in July 2002, i got a card from etpplus, saying i have been approved for a credit. i just have response with 48hrs.i was given an activation number which is PBB-071102.

I called and spoke to the receptionist and i was transferred to one of the people who do the processing. I was asked my name, address,my social security number, my bank account and rounting numbers. I provide all the informations and they said my membership requires $99.00. I was asked if i have more in my account right away. I told them no. They said when will I have money in my account. I told them August 1st, 2002 will be okay. I was told my account will be debited on August, 1st 2002 which they did. They said when they recieve my account my card which i believe was a master chex card will be issued to me.

I waited to no avail.I moved out the house I was leaving to a new one which I'm staying in now. I did mail forwarding in the post office before leaving. I recieved all my mails when I moved out but for the one from ETPPlus.

After a longtime of waiting I called and I spoke to Mrs. Jackson. She said they have sent it out a longtime. I said if longtime ago why has it reached me.How can you send somebody a letter from Alabama and it has not reached me for uptill one month. Mrs Jackson said I should calm down I should call again when I don't recieve it. I called her a couple of time and the last time I spoke to her that was a week before October 5th, she said if I don't recieve the card or forms, I should call her again so that my money should be feformed. I did call her on the 5th but she was not there.

I spoke this time to Dian,I can't really remember the name and she told me Mrs. Jackson is on Family emergency. I did explain my situation to her and she told me the only way my money is to be refund is to write a letter and that is what every person does to get his or her money back.

I did write a letter and sent it to them. I called a couple of time and Dian said they have recieved the letter and my money will be refund when Mrs. Jackson returns. I called again and Mrs. Jackson is on Family emergency.

I left a message for Mrs. Jackson to call me and when she returned she never did.Everytime I called and spoke to Dian, she told me Mrs Jackson will call me back because she is presently attending to other customers.

Everytime *I told it was same thing. I decided to write a second letter and mailed it to them after I have been trying to call them again. But this time their phone lines were not working. Their activation number 1(800)477-3498 nor their membership number 1(877)700-2073 was not working.I told them in my last letter which i have a copy that if I don't hear from them within one week, I'll hand it over to a tax collector.

Till now they have not responded.
