EZ Cash Loans Told me I had a loan approved but needed to pay $150.00 in order to get it that day. HAD to use a Green Dot Money Pak Ft. Meyers Florida
On the 11th of July I was told I was approved for a loan for $1000.00 and would need to pay $150.00 up front and would get that back when the loan cleared that same day. I was told to put the money one a Green Dot Money Pak card, and that later that same day would have the money transfered to my bank account. When I called almost 2 hours later I was told that my aaccount had been moved to the Credit Manager's desk and needed to speak to a Michael Williams, who I KNOW is India, Indian as his English was most difficult to understand and his rudeness superseeded any I have ever been subjected to by someone I was supposedly doing business with. He informed me that I still needed to come up wiht ANOTHER sum of $220.00 to complete the deal and when I told him that there was no way possible he proceeded to yell at me and said that he would give me until 8pm. his time (Fl.) to get it. I let him know that I was and STILL AM BROKE, as I had to borrow that first $150. from a friend, promising them I would have it back in a week, and THAT has yet to happen.... and now, I have tried to contact him again, and he said he would call me back and has yet to do so, but that my money was now with the IRS!!!! WHAT???? WHAT, I asked, did the IRS have to do with a loan and my money???? I told him then and there to TERMINATE my application and to return my money. That was when he said he would call me back but has not. If there is ANY WAY POSSIBLE to PLEASE get this company for FRAUD, I WANT TO!!!! I never would have done this, but being in a real bind I had hoped that I would be able to have some temporary help and get it paid back within a month or so....this is not what I had thought would be the result at all.. ANY help would be most appreciated.
