Wanted bank routing and checking number for payment to do ACH verses standard credit card or visa. Promises the world. Really over priced. I immediately looked up company profile and blocked ACH debit and cancelled order. 3 Days later a paper check was created and money was drawn on my account. So, i had to file claim, reverse funds, close account, etc. The experience was already terrible after one week. James somehow feels entitled to take your money. It’s not a real business in it to serve you better. My bank will get the money back now. I wasn’t about to be on a goose chase with these people for the next 6 months to a year like everyone else I’ve read about. Don’t let them fool you. They are not a company in Georgia. They wrote the check to them self with address in California just like Fitness blowout. Sham people are so side-ways. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME. They are sick.

I contacted Janes regarding the posted check and my cancellation. He stated i would be charged a 20% cancellation fee and ACH fee. What? The ACH was blocked, you weren’t authorized to write a paper check and cash it 4 days later to "expedite” my order and now he’s talking about how i owe him. The guy has lost his mind! BEWARE! Chase will get their money. Deal with local, honest and reputable people. Check locally!!!

After the check was deposited, i notified James that i had didn’t want the equiptment, i am canceling and i had put stop payment on ACH. He went on to state how i would be responsible for cancellation fees of 20% and ACH fees, etc. He wasn’t authorized to write a paper check on my account after i blocked the ACH draft. Now he wants to charge me cancellation fees?? What? They are out of their mind! He can tell Chase bank why i owe him money now.
