I purchased a total gym from this seller because the price was a good deal. It was listed as NEW, therefore I went ahead and bought it.

It came in 3 days, super fast shipment, BUT... the box was destroyed and faded, the bench leather was slashed, the glider wheels were broken, the frame was bent, pieces were missing and it was totally unusable and worthless.

He claimed I was lying and that he only sells new stuff, wanted to ship replacement parts, I needed an entire new unit, this one was un-repairable!

Now we are 3 plus weeks into it and still no refund, out another $75 shipping it back to him, he refuses to reply to emails, then when the unit was signed for and at its destination, which by the way I shipped it to the place where it come to me from, Fitness_usa, 2955 South Rutherford Blvd in Murfreesboro, TN 37130 and he claimed he never got the box... Hmmmm, I verified with Amazon that the info I have is correct as per their records and claim I will get a refund tomorrow.

Now I see more and more bad reviews of removing serial numbers and broken items and just like me no email replies nothing.

This guy is a scammer, a scum bag and a fraud, he is a thief and a liar and must be shut down!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM fitness_usa at AMAZON.COM

THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

I have bought 3 items from this seller and have never experienced a problem through the company! I must say that if ANYONE did their research a lot of broken parts have to deal with the shipping company and not the wholesaler. Anyways I asked the rep on the phone about the bad report this person had made and they assured me that they did everything in their power to please this customer and between them and the shipping company there was nothing more they could do. I took the chance because of the wonderful deal and they were right. Since then I have ordered 2 more fitness equipment items through fitness-usa and was VERY pleased with my products! This just goes to show, that all stories are one-sided........ until the other side speaks up! Thanks Fitness_Usa!!!!
