I ordered a free sample of hemp oil for back pain and anxiety. The offer was for a free sample if I payed $4.99 for the shipping. I did that, the package came, and I thought it was done. Then came another package, and another.
There's no information on the package, so I didn't know who it came from. I opened the first one, and there's no infrormation on the packing slip inside either. No way to contact whoever is sending me this stuff, and tell them to stop and refund my money.
I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute process. So far after two months, the credit card company has not heard back from whoever it is.
