Fullfilment International con-artist fake ripoff Coldwater Michigan
i was contacted by fulfilment given worng details ahd to investigate them, the said i d won, then treid to charge em so i canceled my cc to amke sure, as i rported it as a suspect fraud, under english law u are allowed a colingpff period so i do not wnat to many complaints still nto seen one rort of somebody actaully going on one of these hols, they misrepreensted saying i had won then when the got to the tpaing bit they said it was a promotion. wrong i ahve emailsaying i won, i have printed this hads been passed on the the inbeternet fraud sextion of the english police, as well as a rpint off of all the complaints on this site, they talkl about they ahve given refund they give a us companys addreess from a holland phone call, are they aware that there are europeean laws protecting consuers form hard sell, under european law if u won a holiday it is free not chraged for.
thsi compnay uses fraudulant sales practices, now my cc i cancelled and will nto be givig them frutehr details. i have not seen any report of anyybidy getting a holiday and if there is i would be asking the fbi the check that invidual as not ebing with the company as there seem sa lot of complaints about the sharp rpactises of the company, there are people who say they paid and never got anything, and then the company sudenly says it has refunded the individual but i suspect the indvivdual has not got his refund cos they have never come back on the site to let us know. copys of these letters will be setn the the fbi section of the american embassy as well as the police.
also further investigations told of a other firm that started witht he name diamond i suspect this rip off firm was related somehow to fulfillment as reports i ahve read was sending people on a crusie in a hurricane tut ut tut
anyway please keep everybody informed and if somebody decies to do the cruise etc let us know if it was any good. but i suspect nobody ahs been, read a report about the crusie ship and sfety satndrds cant remebr were though and that was eyebrow raising, i hope they are insured for when i sue for breach of traidng standards and misrepresentation iw il be seeing aslicitor tomorrow.
