In June 2008, I was fighting for almost two months until my issue was fixed, but fortunately I found the direct E-mail address to reach personally Keith Wellman which is: [email protected] He was nice to me, replied immediately in the two hours, I got refunded & in the same day got my issue fixed when his help desk was not answering any longer... Please try his personal E-mail I bet you you will be heard of your concern. It seems that his help desk is far to the expectations it should be... Good luck... :)
