I have made a claim on Sep,2012 and gottena claim number. I wasassigned to someone name Thomas tylor who never picked up my calles until may 2013. Than he started lying when customer service put him in the line that he did not get my pape4 work. Finally, I sent all the paper work while he is on the phone and he confirmed that he has recieved it. Now it Dec2013 and he has not answerd my calls or return my messages, customer service alsodoes not have the file so they can not do much..However, we are preparing for a good law suit for them and sysco, just a matter of registering and recording our calls to make a strong case.
