I misplaced my card so thinking I was being better safe than sorry I called to get a replacement June 26th. I was told that I should recieve my card in 3-5 business days If I wanted the same exact card that I had before (without my name on it) and 7-10 days if I wanted a card with my name on it. I made it very clear that I DID NOT want a card with my name on it and wanted the same one I had before. The represenative told me I should recieve my card in 3-5 days. Its July 10th, I recieved my card via fed ex yesterday July 9th but boy did I have to go through hell to get it. I started to worry when those 3-5 days rolled by and I still had no card. I sent an email to them and was told that it should arrive within 7-10 days so I called and explained the situation. All of thebrepresenatives I spoke to all told me something different and gave me different dates on when to expect my card. July 5th/6th, still no card. I called numerous times and sent another email which didnt get a response and one of the represenatives even told me that someone contacted me via email a 2nd time which was NOT TRUE and when I told him that he asked did I check my spam folder and I told him yes because I have been checking my inbox and spam folder DAILY since the day I sent the 2nd email. I asked to speak to a supervisor because at that point I was annoyed and fed up. He told me there was nothing they could do and a supervisor was going to tell me the same thing and I still asked to speak to a supervisor.

After being put on hold for god knows how long he comes back to tell me that a supervisor wasnt available and to give a callback number where one could reach me at. I told him they should have my number on file (mind you I have had the same number for over a year) so he looks and then asked me was (insert number here) my number and at that point I was done because the number he read to me was a number I have never had a day in my life and it sounded as if he was making it up as he went along. They have always had my number on file because it has NEVER changed since I had the pay card. Long story short I told him that a supervisor needed to contact me asap or I would be contacting the BBB. Later that night a woman called me and I explained everything to her and she went on to tell me that she sees in their records that a order was put in for a new card but it was NOT shipped. Wow! So all the represenatives I spoke to all lied to me and gave me false dates and false information. It gets worse.

She then told me that the order was for a card with my name on it which I DID NOT ASK FOR and the first represenative I spoke to who did the replacement knew that I wanted a card WITHOUT my name on it and he even repeated it back to me. I was furious. Because I was now facing late fee's on my rent and another bill. I even explained that to them. That was the main reason I chose the same card I had before because recieving the card within 3-5 days would have gave me the oppurtunity to have my rent paid ON TIME. They showed no sympathy, they didnt care. I have never in my life been lied to by a company before and I expressed the fact that I thought it was very wrong of them to do so. The supervisor wasnt sure what I wanted her to do which made me question why she was chosen as a supervisor in the first place. Another supervisor contacted me and after 2 calls of him talking in circles he said that he would have a card sent to me via fed ex and I should recieve it Tuesday July 9th. Didnt benefit me any because I still had to pay late fees. I seriously do not trust this company and as soon as direct deposit is getting accepted again I will besetting it up to my bank account because I want to cut all ties with them. They are a bunch of dishonest people and they train their employees to be dishonest as well. They dont care about you and they dont own up for their mistakes.

Because of them I have had the worse 2 weeks of my life. Never again. Beware of them becaus me they will lead you on lie to you even when you have proof that they are lying. I have a pending complaint with the BBB because of this.

Unfortunately, there was a delay with the card that was requested on 06/26/2013. The customer spoke to a supervisor who reviewed the account and immediately resolved the issue by shipping a card via FedEx Overnight free of charge. The customer received the replacement card and is able to access her funds. Should the customer need further assistance we encourage her to contact our customer service center.
