This company's customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered. A different person handles the reply when you email them each time, even though its about the same situation. It is confused, they do not honor what they initially said, and they don't read what the previous rep said earlier. Paintings is so awful. Like another reviewer said, the paintings are are not cheap. Return policy is garbage, almost equivalent to handmadepiece.com. If you're going to be marketing your items as pricey high quality items, the least you could do is provide decent customer service to make up for your shoddy items.
