Global Zest told me they could supply me with data for UK dentists. They sent over samples that looked great. Then when they supplied the data, after taking payment, I found to my horror that the data was useless. The vast majority of the data was not for dentists. I could tell immediately it was not what I was expecting. I did some spot checks of the data using the UK's General Dental Council search facility and found that 9 out of 10 contacts on the list were not dentists.

This issue has been resolved and acknowledged by the client himself, the reason no immediate action was taken place was when the client called during a national holiday (JULY 4th INDEPENDENCE DAY).

IMPORTANT UPDATE - HAPPY OUTCOME! I WANT TO REMOVE THIS REPORT BUT I
CANNOT. Here is the update:
I called this US firm on July 4th! An important US holiday, so they
did not answer my emails or calls. But one person at the firm did
eventually reply to my emails on July 4th! A good sign. Then when the
office re-opened they found the mistake and re-sent the list and it
was greatly improved.
They also offered a refund and we decided to accept the refund in the end. We are now waiting for the redund. I will add another update when we receive the refund.
All is well that ends well.
