Heritage Family Library ripoff Nashville Tennessee
I received a book I did not order from Heritage Family Library, "Young People's Atlas of the United States", and they want me to send them $27.10 or they will turn the account over to a collection agency. I'm old enough to know the "game". If I send the book back will they stop sending books and leave me alone?
By the way, I have the same phone number for the company as the person who reported before me, 1-800-829-5538. This number is only a customer service Department.

Send them a letter (certified mail, return receipt requested) advising them that you did not order the book you received and you want them to send you a prepaid shipping label in order to return the book. CC the letter to the State Attorney General's office and your local District Attorney's office. If you simply "send the book back", they can claim they never received it and continue to attempt to collect. Getting other agencies involved just might get their attention. Good luck.
