First out of the gate there were issues with this company. there were 2 leads right off the back that was not interested in being reach and the other one's lead cost was more than i would profit from the job. Ok so they gave me some credit for those two. after that i did receive a couple ok possibles. then straight bogus leads for months with no credit and im talking taking me for 70-$140 a pop.

called they said they would credit what they can and nothing came up of it. so i paused the leads for a month to try and straighten things out because the people they hire boost this program 50 times over. even if you know its bad they make you question yourself. my leads come back on which i wasnt ready for and continued to pause them for 48hrs from my app because they make you call in or be at a desktop/laptop to pause for longer periods.

Genious on their part because ppl like me live off of their mobile devices during the day and at nite you just forget to login on your computer so $$$$$$$$$ for them. I would put in 48hr pause time on my mobile and my leads were coming back on in 24hrs and hit with more expensive bogus leads. I had enough and called the center again to explain what was going on with their app and how its constantly unpausing my leads after 24 hrs instead of 48hrs like it was supposed to be. they went on to tell me i was doing something wrong like i dont understand technology. im in my 30's Really????

They finally said they would credit it and guess what? the first of the month an additional $340 taken from my acct. now i have over $600 within a span of 2 weeks taken from my acct for more bogus leads people not answering their phone or giving wrong numbers to homeadvisor. the first thing the rep who sold the package to me said was if the leads are bogus i will get a refund and his examples were not being able to reach a customer or they didnt really want the work done.

SO WHERE IS MY MONEY BECAUSE THATS EXACTLY WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO ME AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT FOR FRAUD AS WELL AS TO MY BANK. i WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER WITH LEGIT CONCERNS THE WAY I WAS TREATED. ILL BE PUTTING THIS UP ON EVERY BOARD I CAN FIND. PLEASE PPL DO NOT GIVE HOMEADVISOR YOUR MONEY. ITS POSSIBLE THAT YOU CAN GET LUCKY AND SCORE A BIG ONE BUT BELIEVE ME ITS A VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE YOU WILL LOSE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FOR THE FEW REAL LEADS YOU GET WILL NOT BE WORTH THE MONEY, LYING, AND HEADACHES YOU WILL GET FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE KNOW IDEA WHERE ALL THOSE GREAT REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM BUT I HAVE AND IDEA IF YOU GET WHAT IM SAYING.
