icollector.com Counterfeit Items and misleading descriptions Internet
- Auctions are misleading and sell counterfeit items. Don't use this site. I learned the hard way. Do your research.
-There is no buyer security.
- Buyers fees are absurd, some at 30% premium + shipping
- I have even contacted Icollector and they are aware that the auctions are misleading and allow it due to the fact that the terms of service inform the customer. Which is false. The terms of service are very mislead and do not state that the auction house reproduces the items and calls them original with certificates of authenticity.

My experience
I purchased 2 items before researching because I thought the site was legit. One is fake with a fake COA, the other was falsely described.
-I was contacted via phone call with unknown number by a fake paypal representative asking me if I had confirmed payment for one of the items. Paypal has no record of this call and does not call customers to confirm payment. Too sketchy for me.
