After I earned $25.xx, they stopped sending me email earn. I participated in other offers on their webiste to earn > $5. However, after a weeks and a couple of months, they still did not add the right amount of money into my account. I logined again and noticed that all my money was gone. I told the customer service they said I did not login for 6 months, which was not true. I know I at login in about 3 months before that. But they refused to pay me back. That was ridiculous.

The company's response is an even bigger lie. I never ever received any email from them saying "inactivity". They actually never sent me email since my account had 25.xx dollars. They possibly only send to those whose account really expires for 6 months with very little amount of money accumulated. I am 100% positive my account did not expire as their rule says and they never sent to me any email about inactivity.

I wanted to reach out to you regarding your posting and try to provide some clarification regarding what may have occurred based on the information you provided in your statement.
Since I am not able to provide your specific account information based on the annoymous posting I can say that InboxDollars® terms state that members do need to keep their accounts active. Members can do this by simply confirming PaidEmails®, logging into the account, participating in activities on the site and more.
In the event that a member does not confirm a PaidEmail® or log into their account for a period of 6 months the account is cleaned (removed). This is an automated process and is not something that can be reversed.
InboxDollars® does try to remind members to keep the account active by sending several 'Inactivity Email Reminders' to a members email address to remind the member that they need to log in in order to keep the account active and avoid the Cleaning (removal) process.
More information is available here:, inboxdollars.com/pages/terms
We do hope this additional information helps explain the policy a bit more and that you will try InboxDollars again!
Sincerely,
