I had a total of $29.50 in my account, went to complete a $0.50 survey to cash out @$30.00, after completing the survey, I recieved a message stating my account has been unactive and my $30.00 I was going to cash out was gone!!! Now my account has a $0.00 balance... This is a scan took me over 5months of surveys to get $30.00......... This is FRAUD!!!!

To offer some clarification about inactive or cleaned accounts on InboxDollars® it is necessary to understand the Terms of Membership as posted.

There are a few reasons an account could go to an Inactive status. 1) If a Member does not log into their account or confirm a PaidEmail® at least one time within a 10-day period, their Account may become inactive.  2) We received an automated bounce-back message. This could mean your email address is invalid, your mailbox was full, you are not accepting email from InboxDollars®, or your email provider is blocking email from InboxDollars®.

An ‘Inactive’ status does not remove any earnings on the account and the member can request the account to be re-activated through our LiveChat Support Agents and Resolution Center. 

If a member account is inactive for any reason, they can reactivate it at any time simply by having a new Confirmation Email sent to them and clicking the activation link in that email and Earnings are not removed for an inactive account.

If a member does not visit the site for a period of 6 months or does not confirm PaidEmails® the account will go to a “cleaned” status.  However, InboxDollars does make several attempts to remind a member before the removal of any account by sending its members courtesy reminders via email. 

If the member does not log into their account and 6 months have passed – the account is removed due to no activity on behalf of the member.
