I have been searching for copiers and office solutions for months. I was called on one day by a high pressure sales person asking to meet with me. I reluctantly agreed and regret it. I met with a sales person that refused to leave my office and then called their manager, John Campbell, for advice as to what to do seeing as though I wasn't buying.
Bottom line; high pressure sales people that charge enormous fees for same product I was able to actually purchase from manufacture LOCALLY for 37% less and no harassing sales person. Their sales person called me 31 times in one day. Pathetic.
Run away business owners. Costco, Best Buy and direct manufacturers are significantly cheaper than these yahoos whom brag on costing more but having a service department? WHAT? Quality equipment shouldn't have to force you to buy service from these people.
